The web server experienced a memory overflow this morning between 5am and 8am PDT. Most users during that time frame experienced slow page loads and timeouts. Due to a misconfiguration with our monitoring solution, the team was not notified correctly, which lead to the extended downtime. We apologize for the inconvenience, and are taking steps to ensure that the problem does not reoccur.
